Standards

Compliance comes first

The rules every partner follows, in plain language.

The six rules

Approval before you start

Every partner is reviewed and approved. Creatives and landing pages are checked before they can run.

Disclose paid relationships

Say clearly, near the link or recommendation, that you may earn a commission. A bare "affiliate" label or a note buried in a footer is not enough. The training shows approved wording.

Educational claims only

No diagnosis, cure or treatment claims, and no promise about results. Health statements must be general and backed by evidence.

Consent before a lead

A lead is passed on only after the person agrees. Consent is recorded with the lead.

No patient data to partners

Partners never receive health records or health information.

Honest testimonials

Only real experiences. If a result is not typical, say what people usually get.

Say this, not that

How we check

Business verification

Advertisers pass a business check before any campaign runs.

Creative review

Every creative and landing page is moderated. Anything turned down can be fixed and resubmitted.

Clinician verification

Clinicians who join register professionally and verify their NPI (US provider number).

Consent on every lead

A lead is passed on only with the person’s consent recorded alongside it.

Traffic quality

Invalid-traffic statistics flag clicks that do not look like real people.

Audit log

Changes in the portals are recorded in a log you can read.
