Questions partners ask first
Short answers for advertisers and affiliates.
Getting started
Before you apply
Who can join?
Clinics and health brands as advertisers; referrers, creators and advisors as affiliates. Every partner is reviewed and approved first.
What can I say about health?
General, educational statements only. No diagnosis, cure or treatment claims, and no promises about results.
Do partners see patient data?
No. Leads arrive with consent recorded, and partners never receive health records.
Advertisers
Campaigns and billing
How am I billed?
You fund a wallet with top-ups, which can be automatic. Spend is shown by campaign, and invoices and PDF statements are in your portal. Rates are set in your agreement.
What do I receive with a lead?
The details the person agreed to share, with their consent recorded. You never receive health records or health information.
What is checked before a campaign runs?
Your business is verified, and every creative and landing page is moderated. Anything turned down can be fixed and resubmitted.
Can I check what I paid for?
Yes. Reconciliation shows what was delivered against what was billed, and you can raise a dispute on any charge.
Affiliates
Links, credit and payouts
When do I get paid?
On the schedule in your partner agreement. You request a withdrawal to your payout method and follow it in your payout history.
How do I know a referral was credited to me?
Every link, page and promo code is tied to you. Your statement lists credited referrals, and you can dispute an attribution that looks wrong.
Do I have to disclose that I earn a commission?
Yes, clearly and near the link. The compliance training shows approved wording.
Can clinicians join?
Yes. Clinicians complete professional registration and NPI verification. They never receive the health information of the people they refer.
